How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. In total, expect your order within approximately 7–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a ₹129 charge is applied.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at support@aalanika.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We will keep you informed and do our best to minimize any inconvenience. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@aalanika.com.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address modifications are only possible before your order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@aalanika.com if you need to update your delivery address.
