Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. In total, expect your order within approximately 7–10 business days.

Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a ₹129 charge is applied.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at info@aalanika.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We will keep you informed and do our best to minimize any inconvenience. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@aalanika.com.
